Pros
Not a lot of people care what you are doing, managing director is never there so no oversight.
Cons
There is no communication from the corporate office, to the employees of the office. She seems to make things up as she goes and doesn't ever have any relationships with anyone in the office except her boyfriend who she fired after they broke up. Many people would give ideas of trying to boost the team and were shot down always. As a contractor I would always hear personal things from the team about what was going on in the office so very unprofessional.
