      Pros

      Sometimes you meet cool people.

      Cons

      They treat their employees as completely expendable. Their managing style is to basically keep everyone scared of losing their job constantly. They are extremely disrespectful to their employees. There is no room for advancement. Everything is about the bottom line and it is painfully obvious from the beginning. On top of that the pay and benefits are awful.

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.
