      They invest time in developing you. If you work hard you will be promoted and there is plenty of opportunity to grow within the company.

      Politics Not transparent Low pay until you reach management and then it's still under market value No 401k matching and health insurance is expensive

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.

      Open bar cause you need it to deal with co-workers and management!

      Cons

      People spend more time drinking than working. Pat sucks unless you are management. Office intimate relationships are off the charts for favortism!
