Pros

Monday to Friday shifts in most of the facilities

Cons

Poor salary, under the market Lack of management and very unskilled people in those positions. Some people are manager because they have relatives in key positions, but they don't have any experience or skills. Poor policy for staff food. Managers pretend that staff eat left over only. Maybe the think their staff are beasts!!! No meritocracy!

Pros

Vacherin has a great small business feel, the Directors and Owners come around and say hello often. They are a really good group of people who seem to genuinely care about their employees. And they seem to be really on top of food trends and what customers want producing amazing dishes.

Cons

It's not the most forward thinking business, many of the systems/procedures/tech is outdated and it can be very traditional, still only reacting to problems, not preventing them. But a lot of that has to do with the industry in general. Pay is average. Not much opportunity for promotion because it's a small company.
