The pay was good and nice office location

Very ego driven executive team, both the current team and the last few teams. A company composed of many small players in the travel industry, that could not make it in the major leagues. Decisions are made in vacuum, most often without consulting other leaders which leads to in fighting. In the last ten years they have had at least five different presidents, four CFO's and 10+ VP's pass through the doors.
