Pros
The team I worked with were smart, driven, and cared about mutual success. Good amounts of equity were given out -- this was a good thing until the equity was worthless
Cons
Constant re-orgs, no clear vision from leadership, low pay, multiple rounds of layoffs. Hopefully the new CEO and management have a better idea.
