Layoffs, Reorg, Layoffs, Reorg - Nightmare - Sales Vacasa Employee Review

0 job stability. Rounds of layoffs, then reorganizations multiple times. Days or weeks with people not knowing who they report to, who made it out alive or who was gone. We sold and sold and sold and Vacasa did not deliver on "the program", with leadership not even knowing that items in our marketing material did not exist in the field. This lead to a lot of unhappy homeowners and "churn" then the company trying to stem the loss in revenue by laying off more and more people, which only led to more and more limited services. What a cycle.
