      Autonomy and work from home.

      Cons

      The company consistently changes policies and metrics, but does not give you the support to fulfill the goals. They also offer flexible PTO, but do not grant it when requested. It is near impossible to get time off.

      Pros

      The people that I worked with were great, excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Layoffs every quarter just about for the entirety I was with the company, so I never felt I could grow there.
