      *Remote work *Work with great homeowner partners *Flexible Schedule

      Cons

      *Severely cut teams - unable to support homes *New franchisee are former employees who burnt a lot of bridges before leaving so local team once this is confirmed will lose 3/4 of the staff (myself included) *No accountability

      The people are wonderful and VERY supportive. Great environment and management.

      Cons

      Benefits are becoming a bit expensive, and the company is always changing things, which can be tough to keep up with.

      The people that I worked with were great, excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Layoffs every quarter just about for the entirety I was with the company, so I never felt I could grow there.
