Pros
I worked here for 3.5 years and my experience with the company and the people associated with it has been really good.
I have worked in bigger organisations than this, but certainly I would prefer and recommend working for such smaller companies.
What I like about Vaal is the work culture! People are really helpful! Let the problem be personal or technical, people will help you with a kind heart.
A free hand in development is also one of the major things that like about this company, here all the recent and new technologies are used, and people receive and encourage good suggestions, techniques, innovations very well.
Company has very good mentors, and NO, the company won't spoon feed you and teach you how to do your job, this is something you have to do by yourself! I have put this in "pros" because it helped me and my other colleagues.
The knowledge base that this company holds is really great, you learn a lot of new things and like I mentioned, all the advanced technologies and tools are used for development, so it keeps you updated.
Cons
A steady goal and vision is really necessary. Constantly changing goals may hamper the productivity of people and in turn of the company.
