Pros
Working at VXT has been an incredibly meaningful and energizing experience. From day one, I’ve felt supported, empowered, and trusted — not just to do my job, but to have a real voice in shaping the company’s direction.
The leadership team is deeply involved and refreshingly transparent. Decisions aren’t made behind closed doors; the team is consistently brought into conversations about where we’re going and how we’ll get there. That level of inclusion is rare, and it’s something I deeply value.
The work-from-home setup is fantastic, at the same time, there’s a strong sense of connection and culture. This is the first company I've worked out that enforces mandatory "Wellness Days", where employees have to take paid time off to get off their laptop and do something fun for the day. This is a team that genuinely lives its values — collaboration, integrity, and passion aren’t just buzzwords here, they show up in our day-to-day.
As for growth — yes, we’re moving fast, and that’s exciting. With that comes evolving systems and new challenges, but also huge opportunities to learn, make an impact, and grow professionally. It’s energising to be part of something that’s building momentum in real time.
VXT is a place for people who want to do meaningful work, be part of a supportive and values-driven team, and help shape the future of a growing company. I’m proud to be here.
Cons
As the business grows, the number of stand-up meetings should adjust accordingly. No con's from my perspective.
