Pros
Absolutely great crew of workers at the warehouse and in the field. Lots of great hardworking guys.
Cons
Absolutely terrible management. The turnover is so high at this place it’s insane, if you work in the field as opposed to the offices that is. If you don’t mind either not getting paid at all or having your paychecks messed up, zero work/life balance, and the stress of ridiculously unrealistic deadlines look no further than VVater! If you’re desperate and in need of some decent money and a general check, I don’t blame you for applying here but I highly advise you look elsewhere, or if you DO get hired here, look for something else in the meantime. Upper management is extremely overly ambitious, overzealous, and a sometimes paranoid and some management and employees, myself included have seen it first hand. Expect being tasked to do something that takes a few months to do at LEAST, to be done in a month’s timeframe, with little to no preparation or planning involved. And then be prepared to feel the wrath from said lack of planning and preparation by working 12+ hours for a month or two without days off. Also, the company asks you to leave 5 star reviews of the company once you get hired, so a lot of these reviews are probably poorly received. Overall terrible structure and management, which is sad because they hire some really good talent and hard workers too.
