This is a real incident that I personally faced in this company, which led to a complete waste of 2 months of my life. Whoever is planning to join this company must read my review carefully. It will truly help you and may even save your IT or non-IT career. This is the worst and most time-wasting company. I strongly suggest everyone skip this company, mainly because of salary issues. The official salary date in this company is the 10th of every month. After the 15th, when I didn’t receive my salary, I asked management about the exact payment date and also explained that I had financial issues. Instead of a proper response, I received these types of replies from the management: "Here we are working on some commitments that have no link with salary." "Here no concern. If you want salary today itself, please visit the office in Hyderabad at the news channel project." "You can send your resignation after taking salary." The management even asked me to resign after taking my pending salary. Employees have no right to question about salary if it is delayed. Sorry to say, but this company has no commitment to pay salaries on time. If you are working here, you will only receive your salary after 3 months. Even then, they follow a strange pattern – for example, after 3 months, you may only receive 1 month’s salary while 2 months remain pending. This cycle continues, so in 1 full year, you end up receiving only 4 months’ worth of salary. Slowly, most employees left this company because the main issue is salary delays. The management expects employees to work with commitment, but they themselves have no commitment to paying salaries on time. On top of that, the salaries are very low compared to industry standards. For freshers, this company is completely useless. You will not learn anything because they hardly hire experienced employees (as they can’t afford them). With very few skilled seniors in the company, freshers won’t get proper guidance. From what I observed, the company has around 11–50 employees on LinkedIn. Out of them, only 2–3 are seniors, and 5–10 are interns who have very little knowledge of real projects. Interns often expect support from seniors, but the reality is disappointing. In my case, I worked as a Junior Software Developer with skills in developing websites, mobile apps, and backend systems. Still, I never received proper support from senior employees for the project I was working on. I had to solve everything myself. If interns can’t solve real-time problems, the management simply suggests: "Use Cursor AI to solve the problems." The interns told me in feedback that they were not learning anything because they were always pushed to rely on AI tools such as Cursor AI, ChatGPT, and Perplexity Pro. Instead of building real coding skills, they were only learning to generate and debug code using AI. Finally, I did not receive my pending salary and had to leave the company, wasting 2 precious months of my career. My final suggestion: Please don’t waste your valuable time here. Time is precious. If you join this company, it will be injurious to your heart, your peace of mind, and your career.
