      Pay from forced overtime .

      Cons

      Hourly employees are considered expendable and are forced to work overtime at a moment notice, salary employees are looked down at if they do not respond to request 24 hours 7 days a week. As soon as you mess up once you are written up. Most areas don’t have A/C and/or heating

      Keeps you moving, always fast paced, good people, room to grow if you work hard and stay out of things that don't pertain to work and production.

      Cons

      Could use more consistency and collaboration between Mgrs and Team Members.
