Pros

The company works on amazing projects. Clients are top companies. If you love Embedded, this is a great place to be. Projects cover Voice, Video, Networking, FPGA etc, lots of chance to explore multiple domains. Senior Engineers are very knowledgeable.

Cons

Work life balance is poor. So much focus on expansion, that the company I left didn't resemble the company I joined. At one point, the mid level engineers barely existed. A few managerial level and tons on entry level engineers. Basically, company treats mid level engineers such that they don't want to remain loyal. Some project guarantees are a case of biting more than one can chew.
