      Luckily I still got paid

      - I need to send dozens of email asking for salary payment EVERY MONTH! This is so STUPID. After being reminded every month, they still pay you late. - Make sure they write a late payment penalty in the contract, otherwise it will cost you badly. - At the beginning, they are very responsive, persuading you to quit your current job immediately. They will tell you good things, that this project is a rare opportunity, it will get extended, etc. Don't believe these kind of things, just believe what's written in the contract. - no travel/relocation allowances. You need to pay all your travel by yourself.

      Gives chance to grow yourself in the professionally. Gives platform and decision making powers to operate along with all the responsibilities for the role assign Work culture and people working in the company are absolutely worth it. Salary is on time Great onsite opportunities Sky is the limit if the person is ready to take all the accountability of his work and make the efforts at its best. The process are lean to deal with at the current stage

      Relocating in different countries for business in a very short time becomes sometime challenging

      Pros

      VisionTree Consultancy is very responsive in the initial project via email and phone calls.

      Cons

      Once project is over they don't response back your calls or emails for payment.
