Pros

The group’s turnover in 2014 was $270 billion. Good Medical insurance benefits, (Don't see any other benefits from the $270 billion). cannot say much else for benefits.

Cons

1.Worst managers 2.Flat structure/ Worst structure 3.Dishonest 4.Do not listen to employees suggestions 5.Low salary 6.No room for upward movement 7.Doesn't pay for acting up in a higher capacity position 8.The bonus makes you want to quit 9.The company puts a price on safety, and try to do things the cheapest way 10.No structure 11.Inadequate training 12.Management create and accepts hostile environment 13.Managers are rude and disrespectful 14.No incentive to work 15.Manager fail to hire adequate amount of man power, causing overworked employees, lack of supplies, and it takes forever to get anything accomplished(HR work, or concerns) 16. No HR personnel 17.No adequate supply of PPE 18.Management ask you to do things that you were not hired to do 19.and the list goes on and on....................................................
