Good company - Project Manager VTL Group Employee Review

The pay was good for the job preform

Some of their machines needed updating.

There used to be several pros to this company... Flex hours and managemtn used to work with people.

Where do I start.... Management is full of theirselves. They fire people for little reasons and dont like to hear the truth. They have big problems on production lines and dont listen to the people that work on the lines. I mean they have a lot of skilled people in the office that can fix things but they don't want to allow them to work on stuff. They want the managers to put there ideas in to place. They have new machines that have been there for many months now that still don't work. I think that they also have some money problems too. They have a lot of quality problems with customers every week it seems. We also have to start working 6 days now.
