      Amazing people work at VTEX, you can feel in love really fast. For the ones looking to learn about e-commerce and create a broad understanding of the business, VTEX is a powerful machine.

      Cons

      Really weak leadership. Leaders don’t have any training and will kill anything for political growth, with strong ego problems. In addition, don’t really compensate anyone that doesn’t want to become a solution engineer
