      + Company culture + Innovative company + Flat hierarchies + Competent management + International exposure + Benefits + Fast growing industry + There is a lot of focus on personal development, giving everyone the opportunity to grow in the company + Beautiful office (once the offices open back up)

      Cons

      - Sometimes there is a language barrier as VTEX is a Brazilian company. Portuguese is not a must but definitely helps to take part in all of the company's discussions.
