Pros
looks nice on first approach, but that changes quickly once you discover there is no vision or execution.
Cons
No direction from leadership and is funneled from Singapore and parent owner tries to insert itself in a US market it doesn't understand. Weak on most levels in terms of vision over the horizon with focus on daily activity.
