Pros
Innovation and Creativity, Time Management, Great Working atmosphere, Good Work life balance. Even during the pandemic happened, the company stood with head high and developed covid related solutions.
Cons
Management taking lightly about the inability of few employees to accomplish goals and meet deadlines. Too much freedom & care was given to the employees who later backstabbed the company and went to other companies during the pandemic. Management should learn from this and the same must be avoided in the future.
