Low management skills. Never precise in there day to day operations. Asset’s (Equipment) unpredictable. Logistics side of the company very weak, no leadership,no direction. No long term plan through out the company. Service is sub par for a company this small. Health insurance has much room for improvement, the hard working of this company need better care even if it cost the company a little more.Invest in your employees you be surprised what they could do for you.
