All to companies advantage, hire prior to peak season of high-call volume (November - February) and than let people go once it moderately slows down, and than start the re-hire process again early fall.Political management environment. Management only cares about their year-end bonus and will do everything possible to make sure they get their bonus. Expect to go home everyday with fear and anxiety of losing your job.
