Pros
I joined VSH as fresher. I'm here for last 7+ years. It's been a incredible journey. Started with VSH bootcamp where I got first taste of software engineering and how large teams works together and build products. VSH growth ladder is clear and got lot of opportunites to grow myself as a technology expert. VSH has a leadership success program for senior developers to train them for becoming leaders. Now I am technology expert and managing multiple different teams for different customers.
Cons
Lot of times you are solving a problem nobody solved before you so you have to be strong enough to take decisions and fail and try again. This could be uneasy experience for some people however with time you will learn to solve these kind of problems.
