      Good contract to work on, Job is easy for someone of my experience. Lots of time to study to further my career and move on from here

      Wage paid on time but it was wrong!! Tuped over 6 weeks ago and still don’t have a full uniform. Everything feels like it is done as cheaply as possible, welcome pack a year out of date, the app throws up faults all the time. The whole no more than five days holiday in March Being paid 8.24 hours when on holiday, I work 12 hours don’t be so tight. Phone calls at mid-day to my mobile when I’m on constant nightshift. Management who seem not to care, first e-mail after the new year I wish you a happy new year and nothing but an answer to my question, this shows you care....... not.

      Pros

      Very flexible. Good personnel department that will work with you. The security officer work here is more interesting and varied. Did more than just typical security work. Learned lots of new skills here.

      Cons

      Relief officers could be treated better. The company seems to be reluctant to move its relief officers into permanent positions when they become available. Despite the service these relief officers have give the company, often at very short notice.

      The people made it a really good place to be. Good CEO. systems and equipment were ahead of industry standard which made it easier to do your job

      Cons

      Low salary and unrealistic expectations on workload - middle management coasted because of good, hard working employees
