      Pros

      Some great staff to work with. Residents are awesome.

      Cons

      The manager is awful. The facility isn't fit for purpose. More than half the staff should NOT be working in Care. Manager would be more than happy to do things that are illegal. Extremely unprofessional. Risks residents & Staffs health and well-being. Get bullied for disabilities.

      Good place to work if your focus is to help frustrated customers and build your experience doing so, a compliment to your resume for a greater position

      Cons

      They don’t pay much and don’t offer raises.
