Pros

Hiring more people They work well with your schedule if you have an emergency.

Cons

The training is not cohesive across the company. Employees are talked to like children. Changes are made daily. Leadership does not know how to many of the jobs the employees are doing. Compensation and merit raises are unreasonable. Mandatory OT and Stat calls over the weekend. No compensation for internet or use of personal phones. Some employees are required to have their own computer whereas others were given one. HR is non-existent if you are not in leadership.

Pros

VRC has a flat structure. Once hired you can access the CEO from day 1. They actually care about you - your family - your future.

Cons

Small business Federal contracting has its risks. Contracts are 3-5 years. The criteria by which the USG awards contracts is often changing, so there’s risk.

Pros

Full time position, but they over hired for position. Was moved to the Print department within 3 weeks. would have loved to have stayed a ROI Specialist, the Print department was very boring

Cons

Was moved to the Print department within 3 weeks. would have loved to have stayed a ROI Specialist, the Print department was very boring. The pay was also very low and felt there was no room for advancement.
