      Robert Stromberg (founder) leading the team of award-winning film veterans to bring cinematic standard to the VR space. Highly creative, yet relaxed work environment. Pushing boundaries beyond the expected.

      Cons

      Small team requires everyone to wear multiple hats. So there really is no one to turn to in a pinch (other than yourself). Truly puts one to the test.

      Pros

      VRC has a flat structure. Once hired you can access the CEO from day 1. They actually care about you - your family - your future.

      Cons

      Small business Federal contracting has its risks. Contracts are 3-5 years. The criteria by which the USG awards contracts is often changing, so there’s risk.

      Full time position, but they over hired for position. Was moved to the Print department within 3 weeks. would have loved to have stayed a ROI Specialist, the Print department was very boring
