Pros
Great coworkers, the floor staff and tech team were very nice.
Cons
Inappropriate management, illegal work practices (many people were getting injured due to apathy of the owners and not ensuring safe procedures and installation of equipment), poor schedules and hours, no insurance and no sick pay. Very disillusioned owners and management, who made it clear they have absolutely no regard for you or your safety. To them, you are merely 'replaceable.'
