Pros
The tech team is a great group of people that work very well together and are a pleasure to work with. Some of the other floor staff are also a joy.
Cons
Management is unresponsive to suggestions, is slow to enact changes, is paranoid, petty, and believes only in profit and blame. They are unreasonable, irrational people who have a tenuous relationship with the truth. They make promises they have no intention of keeping and will pretend to have never have made. They will put you in impossible situations and blame you when things go wrong. They expect everything for nothing. Hard work, dedication, punctuality and reliability mean very little to them as they are extremely emotional. Many female coworkes have expressed that it is a very unhealthy and uncomfortable environment. Turnover is the highest I have every seen anywhere. There are no benefits of any kind to working here. Corporate culture is atrocious, uncomfortable and most akin to being condemned to hell.
