Pros
I wish I could say there were pro's and there were some in the beginning.... (EX, Traveling to different places, OT, Attending events) But then the company started having issues and they took that away.
Cons
If you are even considering this place, for your own sanity. DO NOT. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management has no idea what they are doing and feel like they can do whatever they want... Not show up to work, show up late, leave without telling their teams. But they wont let others do the same. Everyone is rude and if you give them any ideas, your boss will most likely to claim it as their own. This is everyone's basically first job out of college and you can tell because no one knows how marketing really works. Beware that everyone also is friends, so anything you say will get around. People don't work, the slack off, its like Highschool where everyone gets in groups and talks. And you probably wont hear from your bosses and team leads. Lots of miscommunication. Stay FAR away from the Influencer and Social Media team, not one person on this team knows what they are doing and management for both are ridiculous. They will fire you at any moment without and wont even give you a reason why because they are not man enough to tell you. The pay is NOTHING, and they "benefits" you get are a joke. Do not waste your time at this company.
