Disappointment - Facilities and Operations VPI Technology Employee Review

Like every company, VPI makes necessary budget cuts to keep our company lean and profitable. No cuts are unnecessary and are not implemented without serious thought and consideration. Also, HR will seem unfriendly when writing up underperforming employees or letting go individuals for cause. VPI values its workforce and considers it to be its most important asset. We also value employee comments and hope to learn from constructive feedback.
