      VPD is a successful company that bleeds success from the top down. A leading company in the industry who has been able to withstand many market trends downs. Culture is one that very rarely do you see and employees come to work happy and ready to work. VPD is family, that is not something you can say in most organizations.

      Lots of fun activities and team building.

      No matter how great a worker you were, if you had an accent, the upper management would release you or not even give you an opportunity to work at the facility.
