Pros

The people that work there are very nice and positive. Super welcoming too.

Cons

This company is a joke. They contacted me because a headhunter had sent them my CV and invited me for interview the next day. I agreed and I went through 3 rounds of interview and then went to the ‘office’ in London to do what I thought was admin and contracts but they don’t have legally binding contacts that you sign they just have “agreements” which they email to you. You have to register as a self employed sales person. THIS ROLE IS 100% COMMISSION BASED and I wasn’t told about this until very far into the process. You are expected to go out all day cold calling in an area in London. You’re supposed to knock on 100 doors a day and get 4 sales... I didn’t know any of this until I went to the office, none of this was explained during any of the long interview process. If you’re wanting a career in sales or marketing this is not the business for you because they keep you in the dark completely and spring all of this on you at the last minute. It’s a cold calling role and nothing more. Please don’t waste your time on this company. Also, they used to be called Inspire212 look at the reviews under that company name and you will see that I’m not the only one saying these things. It’s wrong of them to mislead people like this.

Pros

The relationships you build with people are great because you all have the worst job ever.

Cons

Any positive review is fake. The whole thing is a pyramid scheme. You are on the street trying to sign people up for charity come rain or shine (even snow). Jenna the "owner" is a liar, a cheat and generally one of the worst people i have ever met. She treats people like they are poo on the bottom of their shoe and has her minions like Declan another failed "owner" who is now on the streets harassing people after his own business failed. She claims to have rang the bell (4 sales in a day) 212 times in a row but i was on the field with her when she did 0 sales and was trying to sign up literally anyone including clearly vulnerable people which was disgusting to see. Do not trust anything she says truly a terrible human being. Finally she tried to get a colleague to terminate their pregnancy all in the name of money so the person would still come into work. If that doesnt tell you all you need to know i dont know what will. You might see this business come up as Inspire 212 of whatever name they change it to because reviews are so bad.
