Challenging tasks never got boring

Management not capable and very much disconnected

I cannot think of any at time

- HR is non existent - No policies and procedures in place - Company is not financially stable - less than one year of cash run way on hand. Read the analyst reports online regarding market price and future predictions for the company. - Company is not expected to be profitable for at least the next 3 years - There is a “hiring freeze” and they are laying off people due to COVID but there are recent job posting on line anyways - Proper training and equipment not provided - CEO runs out of the office everyday like he’s on fire - Company has no direction when questions are asked the standard answer is “well it depends.....” - During town hall meeting the CEO will describe working at VOTI is like “trying to fix a car that is traveling a hundred and sixty miles an hour” and that is because “the company is growing so fast” - real reason is more the lack of direction from management and the lack of any type of organization and leadership whatsoever - They will tell you how valued you are and that “everyone is one big family” until the numbers don’t add up in your favour and then they’ll blindside you with a lay-off that will be done with zero human compassion. The exact opposite behaviour they preach when they hire you. No work life balance. Quote from management “if it takes you until midnight to complete a task than so be it”
