Pros

I have been working for VOIQ as a Brand Representative since June of 2016. I started working only as a part-time agent because I was then, testing it. I was skeptical about $12/hour rate, I thought it wasn't feasible. But, after a few trials, I was able to make a stable rate of $10/hr. VOIQ team has been very helpful to me since then. They always invite me to work on campaigns, until I became one of the most requested representatives because of my performance. Now I have a regular campaign and I'm averaging from $12 to $13 per hour. And with some campaigns, I'm even able to make up to $20/hr. The VOIQ platform has helped me earn more than enough and it has also cut my expenses short because I work from home. Pros: 1. VOIQ's Portal is easy to use (even the old smartphone app). 2. Support team is superb when it comes to assisting representatives. 3. Everything is transparent. I am able to check my real-time earnings. 4. Payment disputes are easily fixed by support team.

Cons

I really don't have any issues with the platform or company itself.

Pros

- Amazing junior team - In office management is great - COO is the only saving grace that company has

Cons

- out of touch CEO - CEO encourages team to "play with the data" to show the best possible results and ignore the rest (Perfect example are the reviews that have been posted in November/December...scroll down and read the others. You'll quickly realize that these shining reviews were highly encouraged if not rewarded for the staff to write them in order to increase the company's rating) If they're doing that to hide their poor employee reviews, what else do you think they're hiding? - no strategy, no clear path, no clear plan for success and this is all chalked up to "but we're a start up guys how are we supposed to have a plan WHEN EVERYTHING IN THIS INDUSTRY CHANGES SO RAPIDLY EVERY SINGLE MINUTE!" But really this is just the CEO's non-committal attitude and wanting to "see what sticks" to become a "billion dollar company"
