      VNYL is amazing concept and a very cool service, remote options, flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. 0 benefits, you plateu v quickly, management has horrible communication skills.

      You learn about new stuff in the comfort of your home in a way that doesn’t make you feel like you can sit around and be lazy.

      Training remotely isn’t easy to pick up.
