Pros
Great team of people. Good clinical experience. Very good supervision and structure! They promote with in. Staff does turn over frequently, but administrative staff is solid. They offer many opportunities for Continuing Education and career advancement. The company mission is positive and in general they really do keep their focus on serving communities/clients in need.
Cons
Young staff. Direct in home care with often dangerous clients. due to mental illness. Lots of commuting esp. when working on ACT Team in the Bronx. Many clients are non-compliant which makes providing services a challenge. Lots of paper work.
