      Pros

      Nice offices in the Rocks, great leadership and forward thinking creatives who excel at shopper marketing. Great culture and people who enjoy a beer and wine. Some great clients.

      Cons

      Leadership too stretched and reliant on one person in particular. Account management was a bit all over the place at times and pay reviews and KPI's were absent for most people.

      Pros

      Loved the great people I worked with at VMLY&R Commerce. Some of the brightest in the industry. I was given so much opportunity to lead. I had great clients and will always be grateful for my 2 years here.

      Cons

      I worked here during the pandemic so I didn’t get a lot of opportunity to get any kind of training or continued learning opportunities.
