Pros

Generous vacation policy- though even that has already been reduced.

Cons

What isn't a con? After the megamerger with WT, things got toxic, quickly. Layoffs happened without notice, rhymes or reason, and this agency just cannot get out of its own way. The processes in place are meant to keep employees down while bolstering the C-Suite's narcissism. There is no career advancement unless you drag it into fruition yourself, the work life balance is abysmal, and the leeway clients are given is completely unchecked.

Pros

The company with nice people, and a great teams.

Cons

Lack of remote positions. It would be better if yuo can work with them fully remote.

Pros

Remote environment with great team members.

Cons

So much uncertainty around roles and tenure. Even the upper management were walking on eggshells. A new president comes in and just ignores the entire team. If you're not high up on WT ranks, you don't exist. With WT as the umbrella, the smaller company arms are disposable to them. I was told a year then they liked me so much, my contract kept getting extended. Each month, I'd ask for a heads up if there was any discussions about even potentially not continuing my contract so I could start looking for other work and was verbally assured every month that they were going to transition me to full-time W2. I got 1 day advance notice that they weren't keeping me instead. If you've got friends in the company, you'll be noticed. No matter how successful your work makes the team, if you don't have connections, you won't get far. Upper leadership are snobby and entitled. Expecting assistance for personal needs
