Unpredictable- hours can go over, your location and environment you are working in might change, and you may have to work several positions at one time with no notice, no incentive or pay change, and no consideration of outside factors.
Sexist leadership and Employees- They tend to sexualize employees internally and in the field, even clients and other managers.
Unprofessional at times- There is a thin line between getting work done and losing focus that is crossed daily. Being friends is more important than getting work done most times.
There does not seem to be a standard held across the board and they play favorites. Certain people are given chances and let slide in situations while others are fired.
Little respect for employees and their feedback- Your mother could have just passed away and you will still be expected to be at work. If not there are major consequences.
No work life balance, they expect you to give everything else up.
Often put band aids on major issues instead of facing them head on

A bit shady- keep records of everything because they change the rules as they go depending on the person
