      Pros

      Good temporary job, good way to get permanently hired at the complexes themselves (but you have to work a minimum of hours with VMG first)

      Cons

      Irregular schedule, lots of overnight shifts, hard to find free parking, training constantly for different assignments

      Very professional company. Wonderful onboarding process, and lots of opportunity to pick up shifts.

      None shady business practices. Period

      Cons

      Hasn't paid payroll since mid December, can't contact them. I am due 2 checks. No one answers e mails.
