Gud work life balance but no career growth - Software Engineer VLogic Systems Employee Review

I have a great work life balance here, and my ideas are genuinely valued. I’m trusted to work at my own pace, and that freedom allows me to consistently deliver strong results.

Recently just went through some growing pains earlier this year but things are moving forward in a positive direction

None. There is zero organization, rhyme, or reason to any processes. The quotas are unattainable. Leadership does anything but support the Sales team. We're left on islands with no resources or support to succeed.

Extremely high quotas with little to no leads coming in. No direction of how to achieve success. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing within the company. Negativity and criticism is brought to every internal cal.
