Pros
Firstly there is hardly any pros to work here,I don't find single benefit or pros of working in this company though known brand in beauty and slimming but now dropping down so badly that no one is ready to join this company and even if new people come they run away in two to three months. Surprisingly you will find this is the only company were attrition rate is very high and still so called HR or senior management are least interested in finding it why. And just to tell u guys this company can hire anyone there is no background verification of the employee , they even have senior leader who have been terminated from some other company due to stealing money and even the ex company has done FIR against them. But for vlcc it doesn't matter they will hire these kind of employee and in return expect good customer service and perfect management.
Cons
OMG so many I just can't stop saying. I have worked in this company for almost 5 years and every time I had to prove my self in terms of sale performance which I did , infact I have received gifts and award to but still my trouble every 2 to 3 months new manager will come and you got to prove her again and again someone new so take a charge of proving again or they will force u to leave the organization not only this working here is like you should not have your family at all, you have to be here all 30 day in vlcc center and listen to angry customer becz this company will never have enough resource for customer and then they pretend customer service is important No festival leaves no sick leaves only every single day sale sale sale sale withy any marketing and client coming inn and without providing enough product or resourse.
