Basically, it's all your fault and one-sided. While Art Directors get to talk to you in an unprofessional manner because they are overwhelmed with a project Didn't get ONE chance to own a project as a Senior designer, you will be waiting for months and tossed around on different projects Deadlines are stress-inducing and people do not respect your time after hours I was reminded that If you don't get on camera often you aren't a part of the team or "participating" while others get to keep their camera off. "People don't think you are a part of the team when your camera is off" Pod managers don't communicate with you. Rather make a decision without knowing what actually happens within a project Just don't mess up in any form and you will be loved You will know exactly when you are treated differently here
