Lack of an effective, unbiased HR system which is especially problematic given the husband and wife ownership. Micromanagement, inefficient work flow, and a strong likelihood that you’ll be questioned or guilt tripped for taking annual or sick leave. It is highly likely that the 'balance the scales' review was written by upper management as it is easily identifiable as their writing style. This does not reflect the experience of the other staff members and does not embody what glassdoor is all about, letting future employees find accurate and unbiased accounts of companies they may wish to work for.
