      You get to work with diff departments and work with flexibility but with tight deadlines always. You’ll be trained to work overtime always so you’ll learn to prioritize what’s really important. You get to build experience but it comes with a price always

      Poor benefits They value the company more than its employees The people are somewhat toxic Toxic company culture No one really stays long because of the poor management

      Pros

      - Great stepping stone - You get to watch free shows or concerts sometimes depending on your department - Great peers but this totally depends on the people you work with - You'll get to know more about the industry

      Cons

      - Little work-like balance - Low-mid salary - Long work hours - Sometimes the higher-ups are inconsiderate - Benefits are mid. You only get life insurance after 6 months, HMO after 1 year. They have 13th and 14th month pay, but you're only eligible for 14th month pay once you're regularized for 1 year.
