Pros
The company is not large, thus mobile, flexible, and open-minded. I appreciate the care of each employee. You are not a small screw in the large machine, but a valuable part of the team, and you matter. There is a great possibility to invest in yourself and develop, to try any task you want to apply.
Cons
Cons are rooted in the size as well. There is a limited number of clients to work for. But actually, we do not select clients, we select a team and this is a strong pros side of the company:)
