Pros
This is a great company to learn the hospice field. Major emphasis on education. They teach you the knowledge you’ll need to feel confident about selling hospice to physicians and administrators. They have systems in place to help you be successful in your territory.
Cons
As with most corporate offices and large teams, there’s a bit of drama and politics. But as a sales rep you don’t have to hear or see it too much out in the field. Stay friendly with the office support and management team and you’ll be fine. Last, for those new to healthcare - you’re on 7 days a week and your phone is always going off. This position requires constant monitoring of texts/emails.
